Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and include the original shoe box or packaging.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal or contact our support team with your order number to generate a prepaid shipping label or authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in a shipping box—please do not use the shoe box as the outer mailing container—and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
